About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, document, and improve sales, marketing, and customer success processes to maximize efficiency and revenue growth
  • Build dashboards, analyze funnel metrics, and provide leadership with actionable insights to drive strategic decisions
  • Administer our CRM (e.g.HubSpot) and other RevOps tools, ensuring integrations, data hygiene, and system reliability
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and finance to align on goals, metrics, and revenue strategies
  • Support forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting with data-backed recommendations
  • Train teams on processes, tools, and best practices, and create documentation to ensure consistency and compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or business analytics, preferably in tech (SaaS, cloud, AI, or related sectors)
  • Knowledge of forecasting methodologies, pipeline management, and revenue recognition
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot), data modeling, and analytics tools (Excel)
  • Deep familiarity with KPIs like lead conversion rates, CAC, LTV, churn, and sales cycle length
  • Ability to map, document, and optimize workflows
  • Strong written and verbal skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present data-driven recommendations
  • Creative and strategic thinker who can automate processes, resolve data discrepancies, and align operations with business goals
