About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Test online public-facing applications and phone systems in French for functionality, usability, and performance
- Collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies
- Prepare test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Execute test cases and report results with improvement recommendations

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing
- Previous CCaas call center phone system testing is required
- Proficiency in French, both written and spoken
- Good understanding of English
- Experience with testing methodologies and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
