About the role

  • Plan and implement sales strategies within your area of responsibility (MEA) with a customer focus in the defence and security sector
  • Manage and advise existing customers in the sales region and proactively acquire new business opportunities
  • Develop customer-specific and tailored solutions together with our technical specialists
  • Monitor market trends and analyze competitors to derive strategic measures
  • Build and maintain sustainable business relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Represent the company at trade shows and conferences, including international events

Requirements

  • Experience in international sales, ideally in the technical defence or security sector
  • Completed technical (industrial engineering, business informatics, electrical engineering, etc.) or business degree with an interest in the other discipline
  • Experience in radio and reconnaissance technology is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of intercultural competence
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, and a strong goal- and results-oriented work style
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional language skills are desirable
  • High willingness to travel internationally
