About the role
- During your apprenticeship as an IT Specialist, you will analyze problems and task requirements.
- You determine the need for IT systems, procure the required hardware and software, and implement them within the company.
- You will be advised and supported by different departments across the company.
- You will become familiar with a complex, heterogeneous network and learn how systems can be installed automatically.
- You will also learn how to assist users with application issues.
Requirements
- You have a secondary school leaving certificate (Abitur) or a vocational college certificate (BK II).
- You have good grades in German, mathematics, computer science, and English.
- You are interested in information technology and have a strong technical understanding.
- You are highly committed, team-oriented, adaptable, and cooperative.
- Your working style is organized, systematic, and meticulous.
