About the role

  • You take end-to-end responsibility for all bids of your team – from planning to win/loss review
  • You proactively manage our pipeline and forecasts and identify opportunities before others do
  • You analyze KPIs, identify patterns, provide input, and demand clarity
  • You continuously improve processes because “that’s how it’s always been” is not an argument for you
  • You act as a sparring partner for the Director of Sales and bring numbers, arguments, and ideas to the table
  • You work: independently rather than executing – you design, prioritize, and manage autonomously
  • Closely integrated with Sales Managers – you work on the same leads
  • On equal footing with leadership – you challenge, question, and bring solutions
  • Across the company – you connect Sales, Bid Management, Finance, and Delivery

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, bid management, or sales controlling
  • A deep understanding of sales cycles, processes, and decision-making logic
  • Strong affinity for numbers and enjoyment in structuring complexity
  • CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics)
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally
