About the role
- Support in setting up a standardized, system-based controlling function for the Group's holdings
- Assist in preparing reporting packages for the holding by integrating data from all holdings into group reporting
- Support the ongoing review of the financial performance of our portfolio companies in collaboration with the responsible contacts
- Contribute to the further development of reporting and the KPI system and help establish guidelines
- Preparation of ad-hoc analyses
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration or a related field with a focus on Controlling
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Enjoy tackling new challenges and working in a team
- Strong analytical skills and an affinity for numbers
- Self-initiative, reliability, and attention to detail
- Fluent in German and good command of English
