About the role
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals
- Coordinate work with the bid team
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of proposals
- Identify technological trends
- Conduct market research, benchmarking and competitor analyses
- Support the sales force with product demonstrations and workshops
- Provide detailed descriptions of application scenarios and customer workflows
Requirements
- Degree in (business) computer science, telecommunications, industrial engineering or a related discipline
- Practical experience in a sales-oriented environment and in bid management, ideally in the B2G sector
- Experience using SIGINT systems
- Knowledge of the structures, processes and systems of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) is an advantage
- Strong negotiation skills, high customer focus, assertiveness and creativity
- Organizational talent with decisiveness and creativity
- High willingness to travel internationally
- Excellent communication and intercultural competence
- Very good proficiency with software tools, e.g., MS Office
- Excellent German and business-fluent English skills required
- Additional foreign language skills — preferably French — are desirable
