About the role

Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across all business units. Partner with leadership to align capital allocation with strategic priorities and measure financial performance.
Oversee monthly and quarterly close processes, reconciliations, and consolidated financial statements for both fiat and crypto holdings. Maintain accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
Manage on-chain and off-chain treasury operations, including liquidity planning, wallet management, and transaction reconciliations.
Collaborate with Plasma’s General Counsel to ensure financial compliance across jurisdictions, including KYC/AML controls, audit readiness, and tax reporting obligations.

Requirements

4 to 6 years in finance, accounting, or FP&A, ideally within high-growth tech, fintech, or crypto organizations.
Deep understanding of digital asset accounting, treasury operations, and blockchain fundamentals. Familiar with crypto wallets, exchanges, and on-chain reporting.
Skilled in financial modeling and analytics.
Experienced in working alongside Legal and Operations teams to uphold compliance, risk management, and audit standards.
