About the role

  • Build and maintain our automated data layer: API pulls from Xero, Deel, and Revolut into Google Sheets
  • Own the design, build, and maintenance of our cash monitoring tool
  • Track FTE costs by team and country
  • Own the data gathering, modelling, and tooling behind our compensation framework
  • Run the quarterly bonus calculation end-to-end
  • Maintain the hiring plan vs. budget model
  • Design our vendor management system and lead evaluation of new tools

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in a role that genuinely combined financial analysis with data or systems work
  • You have demonstrably built things: API integrations, scripted data pipelines, LLM-assisted tools, connected Google Sheets models
  • Strong in Google Sheets or Excel at the modelling level
  • You care about whether the numbers are right
  • Genuine curiosity about workforce and compensation data
  • Familiarity with Deel, Xero, or comparable platforms at data-access level
  • Self-directed and precise
