About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Development of marketing concepts, and the design, management and optimization of marketing and communication strategies (360° campaigns, brand communication, digital & cross-media)
- Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational leadership of projects in close coordination with executive management
- Close collaboration with our clients — from briefings and presentations to performance measurement
- Market and competitor monitoring with the derivation of actionable recommendations
- Responsibility for project costing, controlling and efficient resource planning
- Professional leadership and further development of our project management team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience (3+ years) in strategic marketing / project management, ideally in an agency environment
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a hands‑on mentality
- Solid expertise in marketing and digital marketing (SEO/SEA, social media, online campaigns, media planning)
- Leadership experience and a passion for developing a team
- Organizational talent, strong communication skills and self-motivation
