About the role

  • Customer acquisition & consulting: You win new customers in the healthcare sector and demonstrate on site how our software solution can be efficiently integrated into existing IT structures.
  • Key Account Management: You manage strategically important existing customers, identify cross- and upselling opportunities, and lead negotiations through to contract signing.
  • Proposal & solution development: Together with the sales and product teams, you develop tailored proposals that are both professionally and technically compelling.
  • Networking & market presence: You leverage your existing network in healthcare, participate in industry events, and represent our company professionally externally.
  • Field sales: You regularly visit customers on site and know how to build and maintain trusting relationships with decision-makers for the long term.

Requirements

  • You bring at least 3 years of experience selling software solutions or services in the healthcare sector.
  • Whether you completed vocational training or a university degree, practical experience matters most to us.
  • You have an IT affinity and are familiar with common interface standards in healthcare.
  • You enjoy field sales (approx. 50% travel), are outgoing, persuasive, and strong at closing deals.
  • You remain calm, structured, and solution-oriented even in demanding situations.
  • You communicate eloquently, confidently, and in a target-group–oriented way in German, addressing audiences from IT managers to executive leadership.
