About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct consultative meetings with prospective clients.
Identify client concerns, goals, and priorities.
Educate prospects regarding the planning process and available services.
Communicate the value of working with our firm.
Follow up consistently with prospective clients who have not yet retained the firm.
Track leads, opportunities, and conversion metrics within our CRM.
Support educational workshops, webinars, and community events.
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure an exceptional client experience.
