About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with Partners on strategy, investment thesis development, and fund-level initiatives
Serve as a trusted sparring partner on high-priority tasks and special projects
Maintain and strengthen relationships with LPs and network members
Support investor updates, quarterly reporting, fundraising processes, meeting preparation, and on-site DDs
Own the quality of LP-facing materials, including quarterly updates, AGM decks, DDQ responses, and data-room documents
Identify and implement improvements across internal processes and fund infrastructure
Drive cross-functional communication and alignment across the team
Drive high-leverage projects across operations, portfolio, and ecosystem initiatives
Prepare and debrief key meetings, including research, materials, and action-item follow-through
Plan and execute LP events, founder retreats, strategy off-sites, ecosystem gatherings, and thematic initiatives
Identify opportunities for AI leverage across the organization and partner with the Data Engineer to embed AI into workflows and decision-making
Help the team adopt new tools, workflows, and ways of working

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment such as VC, startups, strategy consulting, or similar
Deep understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship
Exacting standards for written work, presentations, LP updates, AGM materials, and internal documentation
Understanding of VC fund operations, including fund mechanics, LP reporting cycles, quarterly LP meetings, DDQs, and investment committee processes, or ability to get up to speed quickly
Genuine curiosity about AI in a fund context
Excitement to understand the fund’s AI “nervous system” end to end and drive adoption of new tools, workflows, and ways of working
Entrepreneurial spirit and high agency
Ability to identify opportunities and create structure where it is missing
Ability to align people across functions, personalities, and priorities
Ability to translate fund goals into clear actions for different teams
Strong follow-through and ability to handle sensitive information
Strong emotional intelligence
Ability to read a room, navigate different personalities, and adapt working style
