About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Sales to support qualified opportunities from discovery through close.
Lead technical conversations and deliver workflow-driven product demos.
Help prospects connect their existing scheduling practices to Planera.
Run discovery to understand how customers build and manage schedules today.
Deliver tailored demos to project managers, superintendents, schedulers, and operations leaders.
Speak confidently to CPM concepts: logic, sequencing, constraints, calendars, lookaheads.
Lead follow-up technical conversations and deeper dives as needed throughout the sales cycle.
Communicate clearly across all levels of a construction organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or heavy civil construction
Hands-on experience building and managing project schedules
Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager
Superintendent with strong scheduling involvement
Construction operations roles with direct schedule ownership
Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 (preferred)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project
Solid understanding of CPM scheduling principles
Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to engage effectively with construction professionals at all levels.
