About the role

  • Support in day-to-day and project work for our global clients in the areas of E-Dialog/E-CRM and digital communication (focus: email)
  • Assist in the conception, creation, and testing of campaigns
  • Participate in research and benchmarking within the innovative field of digital and automated communication
  • Support project management and daily operations
  • Research and prepare presentations for clients and internal use
  • A supportive team that truly lives collaboration and a "we" mindset

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, media management, or a digital-related field
  • Relevant professional experience through internships or working-student roles is an advantage
  • Strong affinity for web technologies
  • You want to understand topics deeply and can quickly get up to speed with new tools, projects, and clients
  • Confident and assured communication skills in German and English
  • Availability of 15–20 hours per week and interest in a longer-term collaboration (at least 2 semesters)
  • Ideally available on Thursdays and Fridays to provide optimal support to our team
