Presales Manager – 50–100%
PLAIN IT AGPresales Manager supporting the sales team to establish SERVALX in the market. Collaborating with clients for upselling and providing product presentations in a fast-paced environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the sales team in identifying potential customers and markets and in pursuing them
- Prepare proposals, presentations, training materials, and respond to tenders/RFPs for prospective customers
- Advise existing customers to enable cross-selling and upselling
- Deliver product presentations, demos and trainings
- Support proofs of concept (PoC) or pilot projects at prospective customers
- Collaborate with product management and marketing to develop sales collateral
- Participate in trade shows and events
- Support sales partners with onboarding, presentations, demos and proposals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in business, computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience in presales or a comparable position
- Good knowledge of Service Management and the full software lifecycle
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Business-fluent German and English, both spoken and written
- Hands-on attitude — you prefer shaping change over being constrained by rigid structures
- Comfortable working in an SME with an agile organizational setup
