Requirements
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience, ideally for non-technical roles
- Experience running full-cycle searches and partnering with stakeholders
- Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools
- Curiosity about using AI to make recruiting smarter and more fun
- Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset
