About the role
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that elevate Plaid’s brand in the credit space—spanning thought leadership, partner activations, and product storytelling.
- Deepen Plaid’s presence in credit communities through partnerships, events, and content that position Plaid as a thought leader and trusted partner.
- Collaborate with Product, Growth/Channel Marketing, Comms, and Design to translate Plaid’s credit product strategy into compelling narratives and creative assets that resonate across each target audience segment.
- Drive partner and customer marketing initiatives that celebrate success stories, amplify ecosystem value, and strengthen relationships.
- Use data and feedback to measure campaign effectiveness and refine strategies that grow awareness, engagement, and preference for Plaid’s credit solutions.
- Develop compelling sales enablement materials tailored to the unique needs of different target customer segments.
- Serve as a creative thought leader within the team, pushing the boundaries of how Plaid tells its story through design, narrative, and brand experience.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with 5+ years in product marketing or other strategic GTM role at a B2B software company. Credit/Lending experience strongly preferred.
- Outstanding written, storytelling and visual communication skills – comfortable developing marketing and sales content that resonates with lenders.
- Exceptional ability to conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Desire to engage deeply with cross-functional partners across Revenue, Marketing, Product, Design, Engineering – and build an in-depth understanding of how our solutions work and deliver customers value.
- Strong presence and verbal communicator
