Design and implement the system architecture (backend, frontend, admin panel)
Select and define the tech stack
Develop scalable, maintainable structures
Independently implement key features and core functionalities
Ensure performance, code quality and long‑term maintainability
Ensure and further develop the ongoing operation of the existing Laravel web app

Requirements

Competence as a programmer, whether through formal training, a degree, or self‑taught experience
Actively use AI in your daily work
Expertise in developing web applications
Independently implement and optimize web applications
Experience with PHP and Laravel, ideally with the TALL Stack
Familiarity with MVC and OOP
Comfortable working across frontend, backend and the database layer
Willingness to write tests and documentation
Use Git for version control
Very good German language skills
Strong digital affinity
Structured and goal‑oriented working style
Careful documentation
Responsible use of the freedoms given
Ability to work independently
