About the role
- Independently manage payrolls for your own client portfolio, serving national and international clients
- Provide information and handle inquiries related to expats / cross-border employment / employee participation plans
- Plan and coordinate HR-payroll projects to onboard national and international new clients
- Oversee payroll and personnel administration
- Maintain financial accounting for SMEs using modern tools
- Prepare interim and annual financial statements (statutory-compliant)
- Prepare VAT returns (including fiscal representation)
- Handle correspondence and inquiries in German and English
Requirements
- Commercial apprenticeship in fiduciary services (E- or M-profile)
- Several years of practical experience as a client manager in payroll / fiduciary accounting
- Completed further professional training or currently in training as Treuhänder/in FA (certified fiduciary), or hold a HR professional certificate, Bachelor’s degree, Payroll Expert qualification, or a diploma as a certified fiduciary specialist
- Excellent German and English skills
- Proficient user of Abacus and MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Fast comprehension, engaged, reliable and structured working style
- Independent, efficient and quality-conscious work approach; shows initiative
- Enjoys client contact and is motivated to help clients achieve success
- Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
