About the role

  • Lead statutory and consolidated financial statement audits in accordance with German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS
  • Responsibility for the team's deliverables and preparation of working papers
  • Support special business audits and advisory projects
  • Advise clients on accounting-related and tax issues

Requirements

  • Degree in economics, business administration, accounting or a related field
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in auditing
  • Knowledge of national and international accounting standards
  • Pursuing qualifications as a tax advisor (Steuerberater) or auditor (Wirtschaftsprüfer)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good command of English
  • Independent and self-driven working style
  • High motivation, strong team skills and client-service orientation
