About the role

  • Business development for the manufacturer SCHNEIDER with a focus on APC
  • Perform customer service and sales activities, preparing quotes, responding to inquiries and negotiating Schneider terms
  • Provide information and clarification about Schneider products and materials
  • Monitor and track ongoing orders, checking for issues and deadlines and requesting corrective actions as needed
  • Conduct client prospecting activities, contacting potential customers and presenting the company and Schneider products
  • Make customer visits to present the company or accompany the technical team to clarify technical project issues
  • Represent the company on collection matters, supporting the collections team and mediating negotiations
  • Analyze customer orders and offer alternative products or services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Previous experience in sales of electrical materials
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of negotiation techniques and customer service
  • Knowledge of tax calculations
  • Knowledge of the electrical materials market
