About the role
- Business development for the manufacturer SCHNEIDER with a focus on APC
- Perform customer service and sales activities, preparing quotes, responding to inquiries and negotiating Schneider terms
- Provide information and clarification about Schneider products and materials
- Monitor and track ongoing orders, checking for issues and deadlines and requesting corrective actions as needed
- Conduct client prospecting activities, contacting potential customers and presenting the company and Schneider products
- Make customer visits to present the company or accompany the technical team to clarify technical project issues
- Represent the company on collection matters, supporting the collections team and mediating negotiations
- Analyze customer orders and offer alternative products or services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Previous experience in sales of electrical materials
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Knowledge of negotiation techniques and customer service
- Knowledge of tax calculations
- Knowledge of the electrical materials market
