- Develop clear standards for our business development processes
- Manage hiring and talent attraction to support the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in sales/business development within the software industry
- Strong track record in outbound sales
- Enjoy coaching and onboarding career changers
- Hands-on and willing to contribute operationally
- Initial line management experience is a plus
- Solid experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
- Good eye for talent
- Clear communication with team members, customers, and candidates
- Native German and very good English
