Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience in sales/business development within the software industry
  • Strong track record in outbound sales
  • Enjoy coaching and onboarding career changers
  • Hands-on and willing to contribute operationally
  • Initial line management experience is a plus
  • Solid experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
  • Good eye for talent
  • Clear communication with team members, customers, and candidates
  • Native German and very good English
