About the role

  • You are responsible for the visual and functional further development of our DAM system – from optimizing existing UI components to conceiving new features.
  • You think consistently user-centered – with a clear focus on real workflows and the needs of our B2B target group.
  • You actively evolve our design system, document standards, and ensure new solutions are consistent, scalable, and sustainably implementable.
  • You structure complex problems clearly, define goals, and make well-founded design decisions – including transparent consideration of trade-offs.
  • You test and validate your design solutions through prototype testing, usability tests, and qualitative interviews.
  • You work closely with product management and development, bringing your perspective early into discovery and delivery processes.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products – ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual strength and visual excellence
  • Confidence in creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes (experience with Figma is a plus)
  • Experience with design systems and scalable UI architectures
  • Routine in planning, conducting, and analyzing usability tests
  • Ability to dissect complex requirements in a structured way and translate them into clear, usable solutions
  • Strong communication skills in German (at least C1)
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • Enjoy working closely within the product trio and in agile, cross-functional teams.
