Key responsibilities & impact

Join as a Senior Unity Programmer and work on a AAA mobile product
Develop key systems and technologies for world-class user experience
Collaborate closely with discipline leads
Own localisation technologies and establish best practices
Implement and optimize game systems alongside Artists and Designers
Conduct profiling and performance tuning to resolve bottlenecks
Create thorough technical designs and conduct code reviews
Mentor junior developers and accurately estimate sprint goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least one fully shipped title
Mastery of Unity and C#
Deep understanding of architectural patterns and modern coding methodologies
Creative problem solver who thrives in Agile environments
Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex compatibility issues
Genuine interest in sharing knowledge of C#, .NET, and AWS
Exceptional communication skills
Proactive, self-motivated energy
