About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for defining, structuring, and overseeing Pix's pedagogical content strategy.
  • Define and evolve the pedagogical content strategy in alignment with the organization's overall strategic directions and its public-interest mission.
  • Structure an overall vision that integrates learning modules and assessments into coherent user learning paths.
  • Ensure Pix's pedagogical identity, strengthen it, and manage its evolution in line with learners' needs.
  • Manage activities and set priorities while taking pedagogical considerations into account.
  • Oversee all activities related to pedagogical content.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree (Bac+5) or higher, ideally with a background in educational sciences, instructional design, science communication, etc.
  • Proven experience in leading e‑learning/digital learning projects, with a strong delivery focus and experience managing content production.
  • Senior manager: able to structure work, prioritize, and meet deadlines while creating a stimulating and supportive work environment; prior experience managing managers is required.
  • Deep knowledge of e‑learning instructional design methods (scriptwriting/storyboarding, multimedia).
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methods for digital educational content production.
  • Strong command of product methodologies and project management (both traditional and agile).
  • Thorough understanding of issues in educational technology and the science of education.
  • Strong digital literacy.
  • Excellent writing skills, diplomacy, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders (subject-matter experts, editorial teams, developers, designers, data experts, sponsors).
  • Very strong professional English (spoken and written) — C2 preferred (minimum C1 required).
