About the role
- Design pedagogical content based on a reference framework
- Monitor developments in digital technology and pedagogy
- Design a coherent pedagogical structure (framework, progression, module), whether or not based on external needs analysis
- Write engaging educational content in collaboration with internal and/or external experts
- Integrate content into the platform editor
- Participate in the creation of media together with other Pix teams
- Contribute to the preparation of specifications for the creation of interactive simulators in collaboration with other Pix teams
- Ensure quality control of educational content
- Synthesize and prioritize user feedback
- Evaluate and continuously improve content, notably through: analysis of usage data (statistics, reports)
- Conduct user panels (observations, interviews, etc.)
- Take part in defining and implementing test protocols to assess users' competency gains from educational content
- Contribute, alongside the agile development team, to Pix enhancements aimed at improving the user experience
- Participate with the agile development team in designing changes intended to optimize internal processes and tools.
Requirements
- Significant experience in digital training design, digital professions, or training roles
- Naturally curious and creative, with strong digital literacy
- Good command of digital skills (equivalent to levels 5–6 on Pix)
- Experience with collaborative project management and production tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Familiarity with development tools (e.g., GitHub, Visual Studio Code) is a plus
- Experience with or sensitivity to design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) and video content creation is also a plus
- Strong writing skills (analytical and synthesis skills, high attention to detail)
- Ability to design and implement learning processes and mechanisms, including gamification
- Aptitude for developing and deploying techniques to mediate educational content
- Diplomatic approach
- Strong interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork
- Sense of prioritization
- Good communication skills
- Constructive reception of criticism and ability to propose solutions
