About the role
- Audit and mapping of pain points
- Identify and document friction points in current tools (Jira, Confluence, Modulix editor, Assets Manager, etc.)
- Conduct interviews with instructional designers and the product team to understand their needs and pain points
- Prioritize improvement opportunities according to their impact on the product
- Design and develop automation scripts (Python, shell/bash, JavaScript), focusing on high-impact quick wins
- Build tools to simplify repetitive or time-consuming tasks
- Develop integration solutions between the various tools in the production chain
- Propose and implement process improvements
- Test and validate solutions with product teams and stakeholders
- Measure the impact of optimizations (time savings, error reduction)
- Document created tools (README, user guides)
- Ensure code maintainability: clear structure, comments, best practices
- Train designers on using the new solutions
Requirements
- Master's-level education (M1/M2) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent
- Engineering school background with a technical specialization
- Programming: Python, shell/bash, JavaScript
- Version control: Git, GitHub
- REST APIs and integrations
- Ability to quickly understand business contexts
- Rigor in development and documentation
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is a plus
- Interest in pedagogy or e-learning is a plus
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
