About the role

  • Audit and mapping of pain points
  • Identify and document friction points in current tools (Jira, Confluence, Modulix editor, Assets Manager, etc.)
  • Conduct interviews with instructional designers and the product team to understand their needs and pain points
  • Prioritize improvement opportunities according to their impact on the product
  • Design and develop automation scripts (Python, shell/bash, JavaScript), focusing on high-impact quick wins
  • Build tools to simplify repetitive or time-consuming tasks
  • Develop integration solutions between the various tools in the production chain
  • Propose and implement process improvements
  • Test and validate solutions with product teams and stakeholders
  • Measure the impact of optimizations (time savings, error reduction)
  • Document created tools (README, user guides)
  • Ensure code maintainability: clear structure, comments, best practices
  • Train designers on using the new solutions

Requirements

  • Master's-level education (M1/M2) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent
  • Engineering school background with a technical specialization
  • Programming: Python, shell/bash, JavaScript
  • Version control: Git, GitHub
  • REST APIs and integrations
  • Ability to quickly understand business contexts
  • Rigor in development and documentation
  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is a plus
  • Interest in pedagogy or e-learning is a plus
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
