About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain BI dashboards that track key metrics across IDR product & operations - win rates, collections, cash flow, and operational throughput
Work with product lead on executing on: A/B testing experiments, tracking results, documenting what worked and what didn’t
Investigate performance questions with Product and Operations— surface root causes, identify what's working and what isn't, and translate findings into clear recommendations
Support data integrity and consistency across operational systems — helping ensure that the numbers teams rely on are accurate and trustworthy

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–5 years of experience in a product, operations, or a technical or analytical role.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets; SQL experience a must
Experience building dashboards with BI tools (Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Comfortable translating ambiguous business questions into structured, investigative analysis
Clear communicator who can explain findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
High ownership mindset; you take initiative and follow through without needing constant direction
