Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the Downstream Product: Own key pieces of the IDR workflow and underlying systems end-to-end, including the client admin portal, financial operations workflows, and the data models that power reporting and customer visibility.

  • Drive Execution: Ship improvements and new functionality that make it easier for customers to understand how we’re performing as a partner.

  • Translate Complexity: Turn complex financial and operational workflows into clear, usable product experiences.
  • Own Customer Satisfaction: Interface directly with customers to ensure we are clearly answering their questions and solving their needs.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Engineering, Finance, Ops, and Customer-facing teams to align on priorities and deliver outcomes.
