About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Adhere to all industry and PIRTEK safety standards
  • Carry out service calls & sales visits in your local area, making sales calls when not servicing equipment
  • Remove worn or broken hoses before fabricating and installing new replacement hoses
  • Input service details into the online database to create accurate invoices
  • Develop relationships with new and existing customers
  • Maintain mobile service unit, tools, and equipment (clean, organize, restock)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues on-site and conducting frequent follow-up visits
  • Participate in the rotating On-Call schedule
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements
