About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You’ll be taught everything you need to know about shipping—no prior knowledge required!
You’ll work collaboratively around a flexible schedule with your crewmates that may include weekends, evenings and some holidays.
You’ll use your exceptional typing skills to write rapid-fire live chat responses to any customer that needs your help…
You’ll teach customers how to best use Pirate Ship to save more of their loot.
You’re comfortable in a remote environment where there’s lots of change.
You’re able to work from home and connect with your crewmates throughout the day over chat, voice, and video through company provided equipment.
Share your experience, expertise and interest with the crew to enhance our fun and progressive culture.
You’ll have fun interactions with customers that nobody else can beat!

The pay for this role is $27.88 an hour plus potential for overtime.
We offer 144 hours of accrued vacation time to start to keep our pirates rested & rejuvenated! You are eligible to use your accrued PTO after your first 90 days of employment.
