About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and interpret regulatory changes impacting investment services, financial markets and trading activities.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on market conduct rules, suitability obligations, and investment regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support and guidance for the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures in line with regulations and broader regulatory standards regarding investment products and services.
  • Support the onboarding of new/amended investment products, ensuring compliance with MiFID II and other investment regulations.
  • Participate in projects involving compliance with regulatory requirements on investment services.
  • Conduct periodic compliance reviews, internal audits, and risk assessments across investment-related activities and products.
  • Liaise with regulators, auditors, and external partners as needed.
  • Develop and deliver compliance training focused on investment regulatory obligations and internal compliance policies.
  • Support the management of clients’ grievances received by Competent Authorities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BSc in Finance, Business, Banking, Economics, Risk Management or a related field.
  • MSc in a relevant discipline will be considered an advantage.
  • Professional-level English verbal and writing skills.
  • 3–6 years of experience in a Compliance role within an Investment Firm or within broader financial markets or wealth & asset management environments.
  • Proven experience in interpreting and implementing regulatory frameworks (MiFID II, MAD/MAR, MiCA, UCITs), or relevant regulations.
  • Solid analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
