About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with senior bankers across all facets of investment banking activities
- Support equity and debt offerings, valuations, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and strategic advisory work
- Create financial models
- Conduct financial valuations
- Create and maintain industry-specific business development books
- Conduct industry- and company-specific research
- Interact with clients and senior bankers
- Attend analyst training beginning in June 2027 at the Minneapolis headquarters
- Partner with corporate clients and financial sponsors on advisory and financing services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Candidates graduating in May/June 2027 encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated academic achievement
- Leadership, organizational and teamwork skills
- Ability to create innovative solutions and articulate complex ideas
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with finance, accounting and financial modeling strongly encouraged
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, management or another related field required
- Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- F-1 student visa holders requiring future sponsorship or unable to work full-time now are not eligible
