About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead investment banking transactions for healthcare services and HCIT clients
  • Advise corporate clients and financial sponsors on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, private placements, restructuring, and corporate and venture services
  • Lead junior bankers throughout transactions
  • Review work, set expectations, and provide constructive feedback
  • Write selling memorandums and presentations
  • Manage clients and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide thoughtful advice and diligent execution across economic environments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of investment banking experience, or an MBA degree and 3+ years of investment banking or closely related experience
  • Meaningful M&A transaction experience required
  • Ability to lead junior bankers throughout a transaction, including reviewing work, setting expectations, and providing constructive feedback
  • Business writing skills, including the ability to write compelling selling memorandums and presentations
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
  • Client management skills
  • Ability to build relationships and establish trust with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional work ethic
  • High level of enthusiasm, initiative, and leadership potential
