About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner directly with the CFO to reimagine the finance operating model
Establish and drive a multi-year roadmap for finance transformation
Stand up and lead transformation management
Define value-realization metrics to measure and communicate transformation impact
Coordinate a cross-functional network to drive transformation execution
Cultivate strong partnerships across IT, finance leadership, and business lines

Requirements

What you’ll need

12–15 years of progressive experience in finance
5+ years in senior leadership positions in finance
Proven track record leading large-scale finance transformation initiatives
Experience redesigning finance operating models
Experience building and leading multidisciplinary teams
Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Direct experience implementing AI or intelligent automation (preferred)
Prior experience establishing a Transformation Management Office (preferable)
