Key responsibilities & impact

Provide legal advice on corporate, securities, and M&A matters
Draft, review, and negotiate engagement letters, non-disclosure agreements, and transaction documents
Participate in firm committees such as commitment and M&A committees
Monitor relevant regulatory and legislative changes
Work with internal clients on special projects as requested
Manage outside counsel and legal expenses
Assist with third-party matters and ancillary litigation

What you’ll need

Self-motivated, detail-oriented problem-solver
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills
Relevant experience in securities and M&A transactions
Ability to work well both in a team and independently
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Licensed in New York or Minnesota (as applicable)
Large law firm or investment bank experience is preferred
2-4 years of experience generally preferred
