About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define, build, and scale Pinterest’s suite of programmatic advertising products and integrations
  • Drive product vision, roadmap, and cross-functional execution for Pinterest’s ad marketplace
  • Help define and execute the roadmap for programmatic ad offerings in alignment with business goals and advertiser needs
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, partnerships, ad operations, data science, and design to build products that drive advertiser adoption, performance, and satisfaction
  • Prioritize initiatives across immediate customer needs, scalability, and automation
  • Develop understanding of the programmatic ad ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, auction mechanics, and deal types
  • Deliver features and tools providing actionable insights, streamlined workflows, and reporting
  • Use data and user feedback to prioritize products, track success metrics, and recommend enhancements
  • Partner with designers on interfaces, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Serve as a key resource on programmatic ad products across the team and partner functions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience
  • Demonstrated record of launching and improving advertising or ad tech products, ideally in programmatic or related spaces
  • Experience building data- and insight-driven products for business users and measurable growth
  • Practical knowledge of programmatic ad technology, including bid requests/responses, auction mechanics, PMP, PG, and Open Auction
  • Familiarity with workflow or reporting tools for advertisers, agencies, or internal operations teams
  • Experience partnering with DSPs, SSPs, agencies, or other third-party ad platforms
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Data-driven approach to delivering business impact
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
