About the role

  • Assume a central role in quality assurance
  • Design and establish a QA architecture for an FHIR-based healthcare platform
  • Develop and implement automated end-to-end tests
  • Validate complex data flows in the context of our CDR (Clinical Data Repository)
  • Create and maintain test cases for functional and non-functional requirements
  • Document test results and manage bug tracking
  • Collaborate with developers, product management, and customers to ensure quality

Requirements

  • Solid experience in test automation
  • Technical expertise in web development (React) and backend architectures (Node.js, TypeScript, Docker)
  • Experience testing APIs (REST, ideally FHIR profiles)
  • Familiarity with modern testing frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Vitest)
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Willingness to travel for team meetups (up to once per month — 3 to 4 days)
