About the role
- Take ownership of the end-to-end design journey — translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and pixel-perfect Figma mockups
- Conduct usability tests and collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure smooth implementation
- Lead user research & discovery by planning and conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability tests
- Promote consistency and accessibility across platforms by driving Design Systems & UI standards to build high-quality interfaces efficiently
- Ensure high design quality through rigorous design QA and post-release reviews
- Analyze usage patterns and user feedback to uncover new UX opportunities and drive continuous product improvement
- Leverage AI-assisted prototyping and ideation to explore and visualize early concepts
- Use AI tools to generate low-fidelity prototypes and wireframes, accelerating the process from initial idea to validated design
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in B2C product design
- Proven track record designing complex, high-conversion transactional flows (experience in Travel & Booking is a plus)
- Strong hands-on involvement in user research and prototyping projects
- Experience conducting user surveys, questionnaires, and usability tests
- Experience owning large-scale Figma design systems, including architecture and long-term maintenance of scalable libraries using Variables, Design Tokens, and advanced prototyping
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Deep expertise in accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design best practices
- Fluency in German or Dutch and professional-level English
