Key responsibilities & impact

Operates and monitors equipment and processes involved in the treatment and processing of wastewater
Collects and records data relating to the operations and maintenance of assigned equipment and systems
Reports equipment & process data/information
Performs preventive maintenance and adjustments to equipment and systems
Assists in the installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of large, complex equipment and associated components
Ensures proper use, care, and calibration of standard laboratory equipment

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D certificate
Certified safety training, such as OSHA-10-General Industry
Experience operating industrial and other equipment, such as pumps, motors, compressors, and mobile equipment
Experience performing basic preventative maintenance on industrial and other equipment and/or motors
Experience with/knowledge of using a computer and electronic communication
Experience performing cleaning, maintaining buildings and grounds
