Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in STEM or closely-related field
Four years of experience in water/wastewater industry, project management, or related fields
Two years of supervisory or management experience
Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) Grade 4 Wastewater or Water Treatment Plant Operator Certification may substitute for Bachelor’s degree
Preferred: Engineering degree in mechanical, chemical, or process engineering
Minimum three years’ experience in project management and mechanical system designs
