Senior Paid Social Consultant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Setting up paid social campaigns on Meta platforms and, prospectively, on other digital platforms
- Advising your clients and/or internal consulting teams on the latest implementation options and tracking setups
- Monitoring and identifying optimization potential within campaigns to continuously improve performance
- Keeping an eye on the market, observing trends and maintaining close collaboration with our market partners
- Providing your perspective on the question: “How is social media advertising done today?”
- Contributing ideas for new social media advertising product concepts
- Working closely with colleagues from digital and traditional media planning to discuss impact contributions and develop joint ideas
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in social media advertising, either at other agencies or on the client side
- Extensive experience advising on and executing paid social campaigns
- Enjoys client contact — understands client needs and puts them first
- Analytical thinking & strong numerical affinity — comfortable working with data and KPIs
- Familiarity with the Meta ecosystem, including its various platforms, ad formats and booking options
- Strong interest in the social media advertising landscape and curiosity about new advertising opportunities and trends
- Enjoys working flexibly and independently
- Proactivity and a strong motivation to make our clients happy are expected
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for cross-media collaboration
- Very good German language skills
