About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You respond to your clients' needs, build trust through reliability, and nurture relationships with a high degree of empathy by proactively making connections and always keeping your clients' business goals in mind.
  • You manage your clients' projects not only operationally but also strategically: questioning briefs, developing solution approaches, and ensuring a structured project workflow.
  • With your professional demeanor and expert knowledge, you ensure our agency is established as a valued sparring partner on equal footing — while strategically promoting client-specific topics from our full service offering.
  • You work hand in hand with various teams (e.g., Planning, Strategy, or Media Orchestration) to implement media planning and projects in an integrated and effective way.
  • You continuously provide your clients with important market information, trends, and competitive analyses, and actively invite them to key industry events and awards to boost their presence and networking.
  • You develop your understanding of communication processes, client collaboration, and project management step by step—through structured on-the-job learning, in-depth training, and sparring with experienced colleagues.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You bring very solid professional experience in client or project management—ideally from a media agency.
  • You are familiar with media planning or have worked closely with media teams on cross-media projects.
  • No direct media or marketing experience? That's fine—if you have a strong instinct for relationships, brands, and projects.
  • You understand how to position brands successfully—and advise your clients in a collaborative, equal-footed manner.
  • You have an excellent sense of your clients' unique needs and turn them—with passion and strategic thinking—into bespoke solutions that excite.
  • You work in a structured, self-reliant way and maintain oversight even on complex projects.
  • You impress with confident presence, decisive decision-making, and clear, solution-oriented communication.
  • Ideally, you already have experience with HubSpot, awork, and Power BI—or are ready to learn these tools quickly.
  • You have very good German and English skills.
