About the role

  • develop end-to-end solutions, from frontend to backend
  • design and implement new features in a .NET-based stack
  • work with ASP.NET MVC, ASP Classic, JavaScript, jQuery, and MSSQL
  • contribute to architecture and technical direction
  • take part in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and maintaining clean, high-quality code
  • collaborate with colleagues across product, QA, and engineering
  • work with Git/TFS and standard development workflows
  • help improve internal processes and ways of working
  • use AI tools where they bring practical value and support better quality and delivery speed

Requirements

  • experience with web or application development in C# / .NET
  • solid knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, ideally with some exposure to older environments such as ASP Classic / VBScript
  • experience with MSSQL (T-SQL), including query optimization or stored procedures
  • frontend experience with technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • familiarity with version control in Git or TFS
  • ability to work independently and take ownership of development tasks
  • a quality-focused mindset and attention to detail
  • experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with different roles across the team
  • good communication skills in both Czech and English
  • an advantage if you have an overlap into architecture, performance optimization, or the ambition to grow into a Tech Lead role
