About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Actively prospect potential students via WhatsApp and social media
  • Make the initial approach, build rapport, and move them to a diagnostic call
  • Understand the lead's routine, goals and pain points — and present the right solution
  • Guide the lead from first contact through enrollment
  • Log all contacts in the CRM and keep the pipeline up to date
  • Follow a daily sales routine with discipline and a results focus

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in active sales, prospecting, or outbound (minimum 6 months)
  • Strong verbal and written communication — clear, direct and personable
  • Discipline to maintain daily contact and follow-up routines
  • Comfortable with a 100% commission-based, target-driven model
  • Smartphone or computer and a stable internet connection
  • Experience selling language courses, educational products, or high perceived-value products is a plus
