About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively prospect potential students via WhatsApp and social media
- Make the initial approach, build rapport, and move them to a diagnostic call
- Understand the lead's routine, goals and pain points — and present the right solution
- Guide the lead from first contact through enrollment
- Log all contacts in the CRM and keep the pipeline up to date
- Follow a daily sales routine with discipline and a results focus
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in active sales, prospecting, or outbound (minimum 6 months)
- Strong verbal and written communication — clear, direct and personable
- Discipline to maintain daily contact and follow-up routines
- Comfortable with a 100% commission-based, target-driven model
- Smartphone or computer and a stable internet connection
- Experience selling language courses, educational products, or high perceived-value products is a plus
