About the role

  • - Manage end-to-end Agile testing projects related to data management, data quality, and data migration within banking systems.
  • - Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and QA teams to define test strategies, plans, and acceptance criteria.
  • - Coordinate the execution of test cases, monitor testing progress, and track defects to resolution.
  • - Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos with a focus on testing activities.
  • - Identify potential risks and blockers related to testing and work with teams to mitigate them promptly.
  • - Ensure compliance with banking regulatory standards and data governance policies throughout testing processes.
  • - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders regarding testing status and quality metrics.

Requirements

  • - 5+ years of project management experience in Agile environments, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
  • - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software testing principles, especially related to data.
  • - Experience managing data-related testing projects, including data quality, data migration, or data integration.
  • - Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • - Knowledge of banking regulations and data governance frameworks is highly desirable.
  • - Proficiency in Agile project management and testing tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, TestRail).
  • - Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or ISTQB certifications are a plus.
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
