About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create engaging handcrafted/manual animations (e.g., in After Effects) for subtitles to demonstrate how PHONT improves the subtitle experience across formats — from film to Reels
Design marketing visuals and assets for social media and advertising campaigns
Conceptualize and visualize motion assets that will later be implemented universally in our product codebase
Conduct research to develop motion-design concepts that reflect PHONT’s core mission

Requirements

What you’ll need

A strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in 2D motion design and typography
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite motion-design tools (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
A strong sense for typography, animation, and film editing
Independent problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-oriented working style
Willingness to learn and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment
