About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Respond to internal requests to resolve issues in networking, operating systems, routing and software;
Assist in implementing and maintaining the company's security policies;
Deploy and manage virtual servers running on Hyper-V;
Install and administer switches, servers and storage systems;
Administer and troubleshoot issues in the local network infrastructure;
Deploy and manage services on AWS;
Manage and perform backup routines;
Plan and execute IT projects focused on infrastructure and cloud.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must reside in João Pessoa (Paraíba), Brazil;
Degree in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related field;
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems;
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of TCP/IP networking and communication protocols;
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of virtualization with Hyper-V;
Advanced knowledge of AWS cloud computing;
Intermediate knowledge of information/network security;
Intermediate level of English preferred;
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of routers and switches.
