About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Proactively monitor all network devices, servers, applications and AWS services;
Report any device or software outages, prioritizing incidents;
Be able to design solutions that improve monitoring metrics;
Execute procedures to remediate issues in production environments;
Monitor the monitoring tools themselves and resolve problems if they occur.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must reside in João Pessoa.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field.
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems;
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of TCP/IP networking and communication protocols;
Intermediate/advanced knowledge of virtualization;
Knowledge of AWS Cloud Computing;
Intermediate knowledge of information/network security;
Experience with network monitoring, APM and SIEM tools;
Previous experience in a NOC (Network Operations Center);
Strong command of the Portuguese language;
Intermediate English is desirable;
Good communication, interpersonal skills and logical reasoning;
